Are you looking for a career with prospects which will open up opportunities for progression and promotion? Then an apprenticeship may be for you!
As long as you are acquiring a new set of skills and the content of the training is materially different to prior training, you could qualify.
Retraining could give you a significant career boost, allow you to go for a challenging new role or widen your skill set with your existing employer.
Pathway to Apprenticeships is a programme designed to support individuals to ensure that they are set up for success, right from the beginning.
We have created tailored workshops to support people throughout the recruitment process and our Apprenticeship experts will be on hand to provide general advice and guidance about your area of interest in Apprenticeships.
Applying for an Apprenticeship will involve writing an application and attending an interview - we want to make sure that you are equiped with the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours ready for this.
Our workshops are designed to:
- Increase your general awareness of Apprenticeships
- Support you through the recruitment process
- Maximise your employability skills

Interested in Apprenticeships and want to find out more? Take a look at our e-learning workshop, where we covered an Introduction to Apprenticeships as part of our Pathway to Apprenticeships programme. This workshop is designed to cover basic information and FAQ's to help you decide if an Apprenticeship is something you want to pursue.
We will talk about what an Apprenticeship is (the benefits, who can do one, and how to secure one) and what support we can offer you.

Have you decided an Apprenticeship is right for you but feel like you could benefit from some support with application writing? If so, our second workshop in the Pathway to Apprenticeships programme could be helpful.
We cover the Apprenticeship application process during this workshop to help you understand what happens at each stage. We will also guide you on how to write a robust application that could increase your chances of securing an interview for an Apprenticeship role.

Want to make sure you are fully prepared for when you are invited to an Apprenticeship interview? Then workshop three in our Pathway to Apprenticeships programme is one not to be missed.
We talk about the interview process, what to expect, how to give good answers to interview questions and ensure that you feel more confident when attending an interview.

Our workshops have been designed to be completed remotely via the links however we can also offer them in person in small groups or on a one-to-one basis if requested. We would recommend that you complete all of the workshops in order to get the most out of the programme however you may choose to only look at the ones that are most relevant to you or where you feel you could benefit from some support.
