Job roles here at Loughborough College are responsible, on a regular basis, to teach, train, instruct and care for supervising children. You will be working on a regular basis with children and depending on your job role, engage in personal care or overnight activity.   • Lecturer in Business and Management (Higher Education Blended Learning)

    Salary:£31,317 - £36,706 Per Annum

    The Higher Education Blended Learning department is actively recruiting an experienced Lecturer in Business related disciplines. This post will play an integral part of our Blended programme provision which consists of a suite of Pearson Higher Nationals and BSc Top up Degrees delivered predominantly in partnership with sports academies. 

    This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a progressive, learner focused department that places innovative teaching, learning and assessment at the forefront of their professional practice. For this role, you will have experience of teaching undergraduate students within your specialist areas of business-related disciplines inclusive of Leadership and Management, Business Strategy and Marketing Processes and Planning. 

  • Lecturer in Electrical Installation (Full time, Part time and Sessional)

    Salary:£34,624 - £39,494 Per Annum (Pro Rata for Part Time)

    Would you like to work with a skilled team of professional people that are committed to developing the next generation of Electricians? Do you want to help shape the way young people are educated in trade skills? 

    The Electrical Installation team are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to help budding Electricians begin their journey. As a member of our dedicated delivery team, you will be involved in teaching, assessing, producing innovative content, and supporting future developments on a range of programmes such as the level 2 Diploma in Electrical installation to the T level in Construction (Electrical Installation).

  • Cleaner

    Salary:£9,257.20 Per Annum (based on FTE of £23,143)
    Type:Permanent - Part Time

    We have an opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join our friendly team of dedicated cleaning staff who take great pride in providing an excellent quality service to the College and its customers at the college campus.

    Excellent timekeeping, communication skills and the ability to work flexibly and independently are essential requirements. Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage, but training opportunities are available.

Important Information

EU citizens arriving into the UK after the 1st January 2021 will need apply for a Tier 2 visa to gain right to work in the UK.

To be eligible to apply for a Tier 2 visa, the role advertised will need to have an educational standard of at least A levels and the salary for the role has to be a minimum of £25,600 unless in a shortage area i.e. STEM or if you have a PhD relating to the role.
