At Loughborough College, we pride ourselves on our exceptional business partnerships, built on trust, collaboration, and mutual success.

Brush

BRUSH manufacturing has been partnered with Loughborough College for a number of years, offering employees provisions, training, and development through a vast variety of apprenticeships.

The relationship between BRUSH and the College has forged strong links across Loughborough, acting as an investment for the town and wider community. These bonds and relationships are key to the ethos of Loughborough College, an organisation which prides itself on championing the commitment of learners and apprentices who are actively pursuing professional progression to make our community a beacon of future skill development.

BRUSH HR Director, Jonathan Lee explains, “It is vital that we recruit and develop people who are able to meet the everchanging demands of the market, environmental, and technology landscapes.

“Loughborough College truly appreciates how we must meet these needs and understands our requirements. Investing in the skills and growth of our people is essential to thrive as the world continues to change, and the College is enthusiastic and passionate about the needs of the future in our industry.”

We proudly presented Jonathan Lee from BRUSH Group our Partnership Award. Their partnership has been instrumental in supporting us in developing a skilled and talented workforce.

Lime Tree

Lime Tree Day Nursery has worked with Loughborough College for many years on apprenticeships and career paths, supporting learners as they grow into childcare providers able to support babies and children of varying ages and needs.

“Working closely with Loughborough College has opened us up to lots of different opportunities throughout the years,” said Georgina White, Apprentice Support Manager at Lime Tree Day Nursery. “We have had many apprentices and learners complete their qualifications with the College to a high standard, and the majority of staff who earn their certificates stay with us to become incredible childcare practitioners.

Anstey Wallpaper

Leicestershire employer Anstey Wallpaper has been creating new opportunities and pathways for apprentices across the community as they have supported several College learners in reaching new career goals.

“It has been a great partnership,” shared Anna Thomas, Group HR Business Manager at Anstey Wallpaper’s parent company, Sanderson Design Group. “For us, it was important to partner with somewhere close by to highlight our presence in Loughborough. We were lucky to find that Loughborough College had such an outstanding reputation for apprenticeship programmes and training that fit with what we were hoping to achieve.
