What are Skills Bootcamps?  

Skills Bootcamps are flexible training courses designed to be completed in up to 16 weeks, leading to a job interview for participants. These courses are delivered face-to-face and online, forming part of the Lifetime Skills Guarantee. They are tailored to support the upskilling of current staff and to aid those facing unemployment in gaining valuable skills.
