Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor for Sport, Health, and Wellbeing at Loughborough University, David Fletcher shared: “Staff who participated in the programme last year have reported numerous benefits. They’ve fed back on the exceptional guidance from tutors and programme facilitators, which was instrumental in their journey.”

What is Step into Health?

Step into Health is an inclusive, accredited programme designed to empower individuals of all ages, from early career researchers and working parents to those transitioning into retirement. Open to anyone aged 19 and above, it promotes health and wellbeing through education and lifestyle changes. The programme’s accessibility ensures that everyone, regardless of their background or stage in life, can benefit from its offerings.
