Skills Bootcamp Early Years

The Skills Bootcamp for Early Years at Loughborough College is an intensive 13 week programme designed to equip participants with a comprehensive range of skills, knowledge and behaviours to start a career in Early Years.
The curriculum encompasses essential topics such as Roles & Responsibilities, Health & Wellbeing, Equality Diversity & Inclusion, Safeguarding, Positive Behaviour, Employability Skills, Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Prime & Specific Areas of Development, Child Development, Partnership Working, Theorists, Paediatric First Aid (Valid for 3 Years).
These short courses are meticulously crafted to provide you with the knowledge and practical experience necessary to pursue new opportunities or enhance your current capabilities in roles within the early years sector.

Candidates must meet all the criteria below to be eligible for the Skills Bootcamps:
- 19 years of age or older
- Resident in the UK for the past three years
- Live in England
- Have the right to study and work in the UK
- Hold no similar qualifications

Where can you work?
Learner can work in any childcare setting as an unqualified staff member
