We're thrilled to announce that one of our Recruitment Consultants, Hayley Cousins, has been recognised for her exceptional commitment to customer service. She's been shortlisted for Generation Next Customer Service Award 2024 and has advanced to the next stage.

Hayley has earned this nomination through her dedication and enthusiasm in assisting both businesses and individuals in finding the perfect career fits. With over 350 successful placements with various industries, she has demonstrated her keen eye on matching learners with employer opportunities.

Hayley finds immense fulfilment in guiding candidates through every step of the hiring journey, from triumphs to challenges. For her, it's about more than just filling roles - it's about empowering individuals to shape their futures.

Another of our superstars has been shortlisted for a Generation Next Award 2024!

Following on from Hayley’s nomination, we are thrilled to announce that our Senior Admissions Officer, Amy Curtis, has also been recognised for her passion, commitment and dedication to her customers, team and College.  Amy has been nominated for the Generation Next Rising Star Award and has also been successfully shortlisted to progress to the next stage!

 

Amy, who joined the college as a Customer Service Apprentice in 2016, is testament to the rewarding and successful capacity for growth and development within the apprenticeship scheme.

It is not only her customers who benefit from Amy’s commitment to the work she leads, but also her colleagues, many of whom are new to the role, the sector and the college.
