Loughborough College’s Radmoor Restaurant has been named as a finalist in the East Midlands’ Great Food Club Awards.
The restaurant has been nominated in the Food Hero category for providing valuable training to hospitality and catering students. It will go head-to-head with kitchens in Rutland, Derby and Thurcaston.
The awards are designed to celebrate the very best food and hospitality venues in the region and to recommend them to foodies.
Darren Creed, Curriculum Manager and the Radmoor Restaurant’s head chef, said: “We’re delighted to be shortlisted in the Great Food Club Awards. It’s fantastic recognition of the work we do to nurture and grow the amazingly talented young chefs we have in the region.”
The winners will be chosen by the Great Food Club judging panel and announced in September. To see the full shortlist, click here: https://www.greatfoodclub.co.uk/awards-21-22/
