Loughborough College Lycans Sim Racing Academy has emerged triumphant, clinching a commendable third place in the fiercely competitive British Esports National Student Racing League (SRL).
With nine thrilling rounds spanning across iconic circuits from Abu Dhabi to China, the journey to the podium was a nailbiter. The success of our College team comes hot on the heels of the Lycans also securing an impressive sixth place finish in the inaugural British Esports Student Champs Apex Spring Cup.
Organised in collaboration with the renowned Williams Esports, the SRL offers a platform for aspiring racers to showcase their skills and compete at the highest level. The culmination of the league unfolded at the LAN National Final, hosted at the prestigious Williams F1 Headquarters in Oxfordshire.
Each race presented its unique set of challenges and opportunities for growth. From mastering the intricacies of international tracks to navigating intense on-track battles, the Lycans demonstrated impressive skill throughout the championship.
