We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Organisational Development Manager to lead on innovative projects that enhance the educational journey for our outstanding employees.
We are looking for someone who has significant experience in leading the development and implementation of a Learning and Development strategy. This will include developing training materials, designing and delivering training activities as well as conducting training needs analysis and producing organisational development plans.
You will be required lead on our succession planning activity, will effectively evaluate the service to ensure learning needs are met and work closely with the teacher education teams to ensure all have the appropriate qualifications. As part of this role, you will deliver mandatory learning outputs to ensure the college remains compliant with regulations. You will also take the lead in planning and delivering the cross college CPD conference, a key event in at Loughborough college that empowers staff with new skills, insights, and professional growth opportunities.
You will need to be highly organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Important Information
