International student Eddie Randall grew up in Thailand before joining the Hospitality and Catering course at Loughborough College. Eddie’s talents have extended beyond the classroom, earning spots in the final round of the Zest Quest Asia competition, and the UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year final, showcasing his innovative approach to international cuisine and technical precision.
As an international student, Eddie embraced the challenges of adapting to a new culture and environment. After completing his studies, he secured a full-time position at a Michelin-starred restaurant in London.
