International student Eddie Randall grew up in Thailand before joining the Hospitality and Catering course at Loughborough College. Throughout his time on the Level 3 Hospitality in Patisserie programme, he has set a shining example of determination, talent and an unwavering commitment to academic and practical excellence.

His continued dedication has not only earned him recognition within College, but has also paved the way for a promising future in the culinary world.

Eddie’s exceptional performance in the Level 3 Hospitality in Patisserie course was crowned by winning the prestigious Outstanding Achievement Award, reflecting his patisserie skills, creativity, and consistent hard work throughout his time at College.

Eddie’s talents have extended beyond the classroom, earning spots in the final round of the Zest Quest Asia competition, and the UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year final, showcasing his innovative approach to international cuisine and technical precision.

As an international student, Eddie embraced the challenges of adapting to a new culture and environment. After completing his studies, he secured a full-time position at a Michelin-starred restaurant in London.
