ME Sports in the Community provides sports coaching and activity-based education to schools, colleges, clubs, councils, nurseries, and community groups throughout Leicestershire & the Midlands. We offer a wide range of sports activities, teacher training programs, and multi-sports clubs, including football, gymnastics, dance, and cycling.

Role Description

There are full-time, part-time or zero-hour roles available for Sports Coaches and Dance/Performing Arts Teachers at ME Sports in the Community, mainly based in and around the North West Leicestershire region. The Sports Coach will be responsible for planning and providing sports coaching and activity-based education to various organisations and communities, with participants of varying ages and demographics taking part.

Qualifications

• Driving License (Preferred)
• Physical Education, Sports Coaching or Dance/Performing Arts Teaching Experience
• Knowledge of rules and key learning skills in a few different sports
• Ability to develop and lead sports coaching sessions
• Passion for promoting physical activity and sports development
• Experience working with diverse age groups and communities
