An exciting opportunity has arisen in an established Loughborough based Charity. We are recruiting for an Accommodation Advisor. Working as an Accommodation Advisor, you will work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, being able to meet stringent KPI’s. Working in partnership with the Prison and Probation Service, you will work with a caseload of adult males in custody and on probation in the community to provide advice and support for their housing needs. You’ll carry out initial assessments to understand individual needs and agree a tailored action plan. This could be providing support to sustain or end a tenancy, find accommodation or basic budgeting advice and liaison with other key agencies. You’ll provide support face to face with individuals and groups. Please be aware, this role is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS and prison vetting. This post also requires either a full driving licence and use of a vehicle, or having means of transport to travel across Charnwood / Leicestershire.
