Have a go at Dan's 'High Intensity Interval Training' session that you can complete in under 30 minutes

Loughborough College Sports Development Officer Dan Jackson put together a 'High Intensity Interval Training' programme that you can do start to finish in less than 30 minutes. All you need to take part is a little space to conduct exercises safely and a device to enable you to see and hear the video.

Dan's day to day role at the college is about making sport and physical activity accessible and readily available for all FE students. He has gone that little bit further so that people can take part in physical exercise at home.

Dan says, "I have had the privilege of working across a number of different student groups in the term before lockdown began and have been trying to engage virtually through Instagram and Twitter in the lockdown period with fun challenges and exercises for students to try.

"I very much look forward to coming out of this and being able to deliver more sport and physical activity opportunities to our students again"!

Exercise has been shown to have positive impacts on both physical and mental health so why not take 30 minutes to give this workout a go?
